    Default GPROXY++ , Software untuk Re-connect saat terjadi DC

    Sebagian dari user pasti tahu kalau di HON ada feature reconnection yang memungkinkan user yang koneksinya bermasalah dan dc untuk reconnect kembali dalam waktu 5 menit. Saat ini untuk warcraft/pvpgn/battle.net ada satu program baru yang diberi nama GPROXY++ ( http://www.codelain.com/forum/index.php?topic=11529.0 ) yang di desain untuk bekerjasama dengan GHOST++ versi 17.0 ke atas untuk memberikan feature reconnection yang sama/mirip dengan feature reconnection di HON. Feature ini akan sangat berguna untuk user yang koneksi internet-nya kurang stabil dan sering dc-dc ( misalkan yang pake speedy dan kebetulan di wilayahnya sering dc ).

    Untuk menggunakan feature ini, ada cara khusus yang perlu dilakukan :

    perbedaan utama dengan gproxy original adalah , KITA BISA BERMAIN SEPERTI BIASA DENGAN LAUNCHER DAN MENU BATTLE.NET

    jadi permasalahan utama dimana kita tidak bisa chat dengan bebas di gproxy sebelumnya karena kita masuk di LAN sudah akan hilang , kita juga tetap bisa cek ping dan ambil screenshot ping ..

    ini sangat di rekomendasikan buat yang menggunakan koneksi yang sering putus ..

    Kelebihan :
    1. Tetap menggunakan warcrft GUI, kita tetap masuk lewat menu battle.net.
    2. Lebih aman karena username dan password tidak akan di simpan di file lagi
    3. Tanpa Instalasi, jadi di warnet pun gampang

    Kekurangan :
    1. Saat ini dia akan override list server yang ada di warcraft ...

    tapi nanti gue bakal coba edit source code-nya dan rubah list standar pvpgn yg ada di dalamnya jadi ada indogamers juga ^_^ ...

    Cara penggunaan :
    1. Download dan jalankan GPROXY.EXE
    2. Saat ditanya server, masukkan nama server yang akan kita masuk , misal PUBLIC.INDOGAMERS.US
    3. Untuk pertanyaan lain cukup tekan ENTER
    4. Jalankan warcraft lewat launcher seperti biasa
    5. Di battle.net otomatis default jadi GPROXY, click aja battle.net kayak biasa kita mau connect
    6. Login seperti biasa, chat seperti biasa , cari room yang sudah support gproxy ( sebagian besar bot gue support )
    7. Kalau nanti ada gangguan koneksi, diemin aja , jangan close warcraft atau gproxy .. kalau kurang dari waktu tertentu ( di bot gue 3 menit ) koneksi sudah normal maka kamu akan bisa bermain kembali

    A. Untuk yang download dari dota.web.id , buka file GPROXY.CFG dengan notepad dan ganti :
    - war3path = D:\Warcraft_3\Warcraft 3\ => ganti path ini ke alamat direktori warcraft kamu ( misalkan di : c:\program files\warcraft III )
    - username = yourid => ganti dengan user id dirimu di indogamers public
    - password = yourpassword => ganti dengan password id dirimu di indogamers public
    - channel = yourchannel => ganti dengan channel yang kamu mau join ( misal clan bnet )

    Save file gproxy.cfg

    B. Untuk yang download dari codelain.com , silahkan jalankan gproxy.exe dan jawab beberapa pertanyaan di wizzard yang muncul , berikut beberapa tips :
    - server => isi dengan 122.144.2.38
    - ROC Cd Key => isi dengan FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ( F-nya ada 26 )
    - TFT cd key => isi dengan FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ( F-nya ada 26 )

    sesudah selesai semua gproxy akan coba connect, disini akan terjadi kesalahan.. close gproxy, lalu buka file gproxy.cfg dengan notepad dan edit :
    passwordhashtype = pvpgn

    save gproxy.cfg

    4. Jalankan file gproxy.exe , tekan sembarang tombol dan tunggu sampai gproxy connect ke server indogamers

    5. Di console gproxy kita bisa jalankan berbagai command sama seperti command di bnet dan bisa whisp bot untuk pub/priv/pubby/privby

    6. Untuk join public game, berikut step-nya :
    - ketik /public di console gproxy
    - ketik /start di console gproxy , ini akan menjalankan warcraft III kita
    - Masuk menu LAN dan nanti akan ada list game public, yang berwarna putih berarti tidak support reconnection, yang warna biru berarti support reconnection. Jangan lupa USER NAME DI LAN HARUS SAMA DENGAN ID BNET... kalau berbeda dan nanti anda dianggap namespoofer , itu diluar tanggung jawab gue !!!!
    - Join game yang berwarna biru
    - Kalau di menu LAN tidak muncul game, keluar dari menu LAN , lalu alt-tab dan ketik /public lagi di console gproxy baru masuk menu lan

    7. Untuk join private game ( misal mau clanwar ) , berikut step-nya :
    - ketik /game <nama room private> di console gproxy
    - ketik /start di console gproxy kalau sebelumnya belum menjalankan warcraft III lewat gproxy
    - Lihat di menu LAN nama room yang tadi kita ketik dan join

    8. untuk yang menjadi admin bot, sesudah masuk room untuk spoofcheck bisa dengan mengetikkan : /sc

    9. command lengkap bisa dilihat lewat menu /help atau di bawah ini

    GProxy++ Public Test Release 1.0 (March 11, 2010)
    =================================================

    GProxy++ is a "disconnect protection" tool for use with Warcraft III when connecting to specially configured GHost++ servers.
    It allows the game to recover from a temporary internet disruption which would normally cause a disconnect.
    The game will typically pause and display the lag screen while waiting for a player to reconnect although this is configurable on the server side.
    There is a limit to how long the game will wait for a player to reconnect although this is also configurable on the server side.
    Players can still vote to drop a player while waiting for them to reconnect and if enough players vote they will be dropped and the game will resume.

    You can use GProxy++ to connect to ANY games, GHost++ hosted or otherwise.
    Players can also connect to reconnect enabled servers even without using GProxy++, they just won't be protected if they get a disconnect.
    You can also use GProxy++ for regular chat or channel monitoring.
    There are a few extra features that help you filter game lists based on the type of game you are looking for, make note of the commands below.
    Any games created by a reconnect-enabled host will be listed in blue in your game list on the LAN screen.

    Where can I use GProxy++?
    =========================

    This version of GProxy++ uses the LAN connection to find games through battle.net and PVPGN networks, but it is open source and can be freely adapted to work with any other platforms.
    Many are looking into adapting it for their platforms as we speak.

    =============
    Configuration
    =============

    When you start GProxy++ for the first time it will ask you to enter some required information.
    If you want to use GProxy++ on battle.net the questions it asks you are all you need to answer.
    If you want to use GProxy++ on PVPGN you will need to enter some additional information after the program starts.

    To use GProxy++ on PVPGN:

    When the program asks you which realm you want to connect to, enter the address of the PVPGN server.
    After the program starts type /quit to quit.
    Open the file "gproxy.cfg" in a text editor and enter some information for exeversion and exeversionhash and set "passwordhashtype = pvpgn".
    Your PVPGN server operator will provide you with the information you need to enter for exeversion and exeversionhash.

    Full list of configuration keys:

    If you do not want to play The Frozen Throne just remove your TFT CD key from the config file or do not enter it when starting GProxy++ for the first time.

    =================
    Technical Details
    =================

    GProxy++, as you may have guessed, proxies the connection from Warcraft III to the GHost++ server.
    This is done because Warcraft III is not able to handle a lost connection but, with some trickery, GProxy++ can.
    We assume that the (local) connection from Warcraft III to GProxy++ is stable and we permit the (internet) connection from GProxy++ to GHost++ to be unstable.

    Warcraft III <----local----> GProxy++ <----internet----> GHost++

    When GProxy++ connects to a GHost++ server it sends a GPS_INIT message which signals that the client is using GProxy++.
    The server responds with some required information and marks the client as being "reconnectable".
    Since the GPS_INIT message is not recognized by non-GHost++ hosts and we want GProxy++ to be able to connect to either, we need some way of identifying GHost++ hosts.
    This is done by setting the map dimensions in the stat string to 1984x1984 as these map dimensions are not valid.
    The map dimensions are ignored by Warcraft III so there don't seem to be any side effects to this method.
    If GProxy++ connects to a game with map dimensions of 1984x1984 it will send the GPS_INIT message, otherwise it will act as a dumb proxy.

    After the connection is established both GProxy++ and GHost++ start counting and buffering all the W3GS messages both sent and received.
    This is necessary because a broken connection might be detected at different points by either side.
    In order to resume the connection we need to ensure the data stream is synchronized which requires starting from a known-good-point.

    If GProxy++ detects a broken connection it starts attempting to reconnect to the GHost++ server every 10 seconds.
    When a reconnection occurs GProxy++ sends a GPS_RECONNECT message which includes the last message number that it received from the server.
    GHost++ then responds with its own GPS_RECONNECT message which includes the last message number that it received from the client.
    Both sides then stream all subsequent messages buffered since the requested message numbers and the game resumes.

    As an optimization a GPS_ACK message is sent by both sides periodically which allows the other side to remove old messages from the buffer.

    Unfortunately there is a quirk in Warcraft III that complicates the reconnection process.
    Warcraft III will disconnect from GProxy++ if it doesn't receive a W3GS action at least every 65 seconds or so.
    This puts a hard limit on the time we can take to reconnect to the server if the connection is broken.
    I decided that 65 seconds was too short so I needed some way to send additional W3GS actions to extend the reconnect time.
    However, W3GS actions (even empty ones) are "desyncable" which means we must ensure that every player receives the same actions in the same order.
    We can't just have GProxy++ start sending empty actions to the disconnected player because the other players didn't receive those same actions.
    And since the broken connection will be detected at different points, we can't go back in time to send empty actions to the connected players after someone disconnects.
    The solution, while inelegant, is to send a defined number of empty actions between every single real action.
    GProxy++ holds these empty actions in reserve, only sending them to the client when a subsequent real action is received.
    Note that as an optimization, GHost++ only sends these empty actions to non-GProxy++ clients.
    The number of empty actions is negotiated in the GPS_INIT message and it is assumed that GProxy++ will generate the correct number of empty actions as required.

    If GProxy++ doesn't receive a W3GS action for 60 seconds it will "use up" one of the available empty actions to keep the Warcraft III client interested.
    If it doesn't have any more empty actions available it will give up and allow Warcraft III to disconnect.
    This is because generating another empty action for the Warcraft III client would result in a desync upon reconnection.
    After reconnecting GProxy++ knows how many empty actions it had to use while the connection was broken and only sends the remaining number to the Warcraft III client.

    GHost++ itself will only bring up the lag screen for a disconnected GProxy++ client when the client falls behind by bot_synclimit messages.
    This means it's important for bot_synclimit to be set to a "reasonable value" when allowing GProxy++ reconnections.
    Otherwise the game will not be paused while waiting and when GProxy++ reconnects the game will play in fast forward for the player until catching up.
    During the catchup period the player will not be able to control their units.

    Note that very occasionally the game temporarily enters a state where empty actions cannot be generated.
    If the connection is broken while in this state GProxy++ will be limited to 65 seconds to reconnect regardless of the server's configuration.
    In most games this will only happen a couple of times for a fraction of a second each time, but note that the lower the server's bot_latency the less chance of this happening.



    Bila kita join ke room yang berwarna biru ( support reconnection ) pada saat internet kita mengalami gangguan ( misalkan RTO ) , di sisi kita game akan berhenti, biarkan saja seperti itu sambil menunggu koneksi kembali atau memperbaiki koneksi kita, JANGAN TUTUP WARCRAFT III ATAUPUN GPROXY. Nanti sesudah koneksi kembali normal, kita akan bisa memainkan kembali hero kita. Kalau terlalu lama putusnya ( lebih dari 45 detik ) ada kemungkinan game sudah berjalan di yang lain jadi di sisi kita saat sudah konek kembali game akan berjalan dengan cepat sampai ke titik dimana kita mendapatkan tampilan yang sama dengan user lain. Sementara di sisi user lain, saat ada yang mengalami gangguan akan muncul layar iklan yang normal dengan count down normal dan bila layar itu sudah menghilang permainan akan berlanjut, namun nanti user yang mengalami gangguan tersebut akan bisa main kembali.

    Lama waktu iklan dan juga lama waktu kesempatan untuk reconnect kembali di tentukan oleh setting ghost++ . Variabel yang menentukan adalah :
    bot_synclimit => lama waktu iklan dalam detik
    bot_reconnectwaittime => lama waktu yang memungkinkan user tersebut join kembali dalam menit

    Ingat feature ini hanya berguna kalau koneksi internet mengalami gangguan dan warcraft III serta gproxy tidak di close. Kalau PC restart , fatal error jelas tidak bisa dipergunakan.


    Saat ini bot yang sudah bisa menggunakan feature reconnect adalah :
    SEXY => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    IMUT => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    CANTIK => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    ANGGUN => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    MANIS => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    DNEC => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )
    MAT => lag screen 50 detik maximal, waktu untuk reconnect 3 menit ( lewat 3 menit dianggap benar2 dc )

    - Kalau anda menggunakan gproxy, tidak akan bisa menggunakan command /P
    - username yang akan muncul di pc anda sendiri akan sama dengan username lan anda, jadi di rekomendasikan samakan dengan username anda
    - username anda di pc user lain tetap akan jadi username yang di gproxy.cfg juga di hasil /p mereka

    tanya dunx, ini kalo misalnya kita RTO bisa dibilang 2 mnt, dan iklan 45 dtk itu dah abis, game kan akan jalan, trus yg DC itu jadi ke share ato kaga?
    maksudnya orang yg DC itu bisa dimaenin player yg laen ato gk
    duh, cari kata2 yg enak susah
    dan setelah bs connect lg, share kecabut ato gmn?
    soalnya katanya kan game tetap lanjut, dan bagi player yg DC akan seperti di Fast Forward

    Om Ted, nama di LAN asal2an jga tapi di BNET yg kebaca id bnet kita soalnya yg dibaca kan Gproxy++ consolenya dan orng laen /p jga tetep id bnet yg di Gproxy jd untuk nama di LAN ga efek ke bnet,cuma buat org yg pake Gproxy doank. . .

    Yg jadi kelemahan adalah :

    1. Orang yg pake Gproxy++ ga bisa SS ping karena joinnya lewat LAN, jadi pas ketik /p keketik biasa dan ping di room itu ga keluar, kl di Gproxy bisa sih SS ping tinggal /p dan bisa aja di print screen, tapi kl gini kan jadinya ga bisa SS orang dgn frag box yg di kanan atas. . .Dan jga modus penipuan SS sangat gampang kl lewat console,pake paint jg bisa gak perlu shotoshop2an. . .

    2. Save replay "mungkin" ga bisa diproses kl ada yg melanggar rules soalnya yg pertama tadi ga bisa SS ping, apalagi yg namanya asal2an di LAN jd kl di save replay ntar namanya yg di LAN. . .Kan lucu kl di post,ntar di finger ga ada. . .haha. . .

    3. Kalo orang yg pake Gproxy++ DC dan reconnect lagi, di /p nya uda ilang karena dia uda DC yg pertama walau reconnect lagi. . .Gw uda coba ini. . .

    4. Admin bot gak bisa command di dalem warcraft, mesti lewat Gproxy++ itupun commandnya mesti via whisp, gak bisa langsung chat di lobby. . .Kl via whisp beberapa command jga ga jalan, kyk !ping !refresh, paling yg bisa !swap !start [force] aja, dan jg kl uda di !start gak bisa digagalin pake !a kl via whisp >,< . . .


    Saran gw, Gproxy++ dipake buat event2 online aja atau turney2 online supaya jaga2 kl terjadi DC kl buat public banyak celah2 yg takut nanti ujung2nya mungkin bisa melanggar rules atau masalah yg lain2nya. . .

    masalahnya..... tampak seperti di chat biasa, bukan private chat(bisa dibaca orang laen kyny)

    klo cek ping, dari console gproxy bs cek ping lgs(bs kliatan ping yg ada di room lo), yah tapi tetep aja bukti akan kurang.
    dan emang waspadalah akan nick di LAN
    ampir aja gw tadi, sempet lupa ganti nama, moga2 aja gk ada yg perhatiin.
