Noun : words which you put in a sentence as subject or object...
Verb : words which you put between subject or object...
Adjective : words which help to tell the sentence clearly...

Example : He likes your body very well

He and your body are nouns
likes is verb
very well is adjective

Yes, it does.
If you want a correct term, it is active written English. You can only improve your writing by practicing it over and over.
On the other hand, posting in a forum does not improve your passive English. Reading does.

There is no such term as "adjective verbs". Adjectives explain nouns; adverbs explain verbs and adjectives.
