Ada yang tau macro cleanse pally yang modifier buat ganti target?

jadi misalnya kalo aku cleanse tanpa ctrl atau semacamnya cleanse sendiri, kalo pake alt cleanse temen arena 1, kalo pake ctrl cleanse temen arena 2
