anw, it seems I missed a good talk here..

This place seems even quieter than before...so let's start a topic.

I just started working part time here at a local restaurant for a couple of months and my workplace employs a per-hour salary. Do you think this kind of system should be implemented in Indonesia?

that kinda payment is actually implemented here, bro. some of my friends work part time in some fast food or clothing store and they're paid per hours. there's also the quota, which you have a minimum work hours per week and you won't get paid if you don't meet the number. but there's also bonus payment if you work over the minimum hours..

so y don't they use this system for full-timers? all I can think is because the higher ups don't want to, maybe it'll loss them some..bucks?
