Maintenance Supervisor
Work Location : All location in Indonesia
Valid to: 31 December 2014
Duties :
- Accountable for all maintenance to maximize electrical continuity while achieving budgeted maintenance and production targets in a safe cost effective manner for equipment and facilities assigned to his responsibility.
- Develop people to work without direct supervision for much of the shift and be able to delegate work effectively and efficiently.
- Maximizes the safety and productivity of employees on the crew by planning and supervising the work, by providing regular feedback to the crew, and by keeping the crew up to date on work methods and procedures.
- Develops skilled and knowledgeable employees by recommending and providing training for subordinates and evaluating the results of training.
Qualifications :
- Male, age between 27-35 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree from Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
- Min. 2 years experiences as Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician in pharmaceuticals/food and beverage/consumer goods manufacturing company
- Good knowledge in maintenance machine matter
- Good communication in English (minimal passive) and computer literate
- Mature, independent and having strong leadership
- Would like shifting working
- To be placed in Cikarang

Production Supervisor

Production Engineer
Work Location : Representative Office, Cikarang

Duties :
- Undertake QA analysis and compare result against specified parameters.
- Perform scheduled and reactive line maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Use knowlegde and experience to anticipate problems where possible and to solve problems when they do occur.
- Use the company IT systems to record quality and performance data. Check line performance trends and material usage
- Taking corrective action where appropriate.
- Operate effectively within a flexible & committed team.
- Maintain clear & concise verbal & written communication both with packing team, maintenance technicians, suppliers and customers.
- Demonstrate initiative in seeking to continously improve performance.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
- 2 years experiences in the related field preferable in pharmaceuticals industry/cosmetics or FMCG.
- Able to work in shift.
