Job Description
To manage and control all activity of HR, GA, and HSE such as manpower plan, recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, safety & environment, legal, industrial relation, building control, and other general affairs.
Setting Department plan and controlling the achievement.
Managing subordinates in HRGA Department.
Responsible to manage and control budget given by company.
Job Requirement
Male, age min. 35 years old.
Graduated from D3 or S1 any major.
Having matture experience in HRGA field at manufacture company, more desireable if Japanese company.
For Assistant Manager position, candidates shall have experience minimum from same level (Assistant Manager) or in Supervisor level for more than 7 years.
For Manager position, candidates shall have experience minimum from same level (Manager) or in Assistant Manager level for at least 3 years.
Having good skill and knowledge in HR & GA field.
Possessing good leadership.
Able to communicate in English or Japanese.
Willing to work in Karawang area.
