This is really unprofessional. So now I take my money and sign up for Steam. That means you lose. If you give bad customer service, you lose customers, it's simple.

ahahahah I'm definitely agree with you bro... it called really unprofessional when they do act like this to their customer... i also wrote a thread about this bad service...

they don't act like a ussual operator/admin which must have a responsibility for operating the server well.. i don't think the real trouble is with the cheaters.. but it may be some manipulation with the connection.. don't you also realize 'bout that ??
