Interview by prodota.ru
Who do you think will be your biggest competitor in ASUS Autumn 2009?
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Cavi: Planet-X/AEON.ru.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Blow: I do not think anyone is our rival*
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Ахура: We believe the main contenders are DTS, RoX.KIS and AEON.ru.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Dread: From the results of recent online tournaments, it will have to be AEON.ru but we must not forget DTS despite their roster change and losing streak.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Swedic: AEON.ru, DTS, Planet-X, RoX.KIS is no doubt the main rivals for the upcoming ASUS.
In every tournament, there are more surprises strategy-wise. Do you have any strategy planned and are you ready for these surprises?
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Cavi: I think that the farmer heroes such as Spectre will win games and surprises? Go ahead shoot.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Blow: I think NS and PGG will come up with something special.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Ахура: In terms of strategy, I think we have played most of the opponents enough to know their strength and weaknesses, so we have plans for each team. But personally, I do believe there will be a few surprises.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Dread: In the current version, estimating the drafts is a difficult task. Recently, a non-pro friend of mine showed me a Tiny and Ursa combo with Tiny tossing the Ursa next to the enemy and Ursa proceed to destroy the enemy. This will be our secret tactic! Although we are already using this tactic, we will think of more strategy involving somewhere between the base tower and the fountain!
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Swedic: Yes, I am. We use unorthodox picks and combos.
Have the upcoming event affected the team's training hours?
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Cavi: Yes it affected. We are playing everyday now.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Blow: The training times are tighter.*
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Ахура: In general, everybody loves the game and we play a lot together. However due to the recent quarantine in Ukraine, we were not able to play as much together. Fortunately we still have time to turn this around.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Dread: No, we are still training like usual. We are emphasizing on our team morale.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Swedic: Not exactly, we are just a mix team under Slavik.
Who are you looking forward to play against in the tournament? Would you want to meet the stronger teams earlier in the tournament or at the end?
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Cavi: It does not really matter but I would prefer to meet the stronger teams early.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Blow: I don't really care.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Ахура: Basically, I do not care which teams we meet in the tournament but I would wish not to meet a fellow Ukrainian team.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Dread: I think it is better to face the good teams early because the tournament will run for like 10 hours or so. By the end of the day, nobody can hardly play well anymore and this is not exciting. I would like to face DTS though.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Swedic: Of course I would prefer facing good teams in the semi-finals onwards to reduce the risk of being eliminated early. We play only to win.
Your top 4?
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Cavi: In no specific order, Zaven PRO, AEON.ru, Planet-X and RoX.KIS
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Blow: We will win the tournament. Don't know about the other 3.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Ахура: Let the games decide.
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/rusia.gif Dread: PRADO, RUSxD, 60lt, AEON.ru
http://indogamers.us/ftpidgs2/rtt/flag2/ukraina.gif Swedic: AEON.ru, Slavik PRO, DTS, Planet-X
