Additional info about Jewel of Harmony (JoH) Options:

These options are what you get when you drop a Jewel of Harmony to an item.
There are all randomly generated. Luck and item level does not have any bearing to JoH's output.
These option values can be increased by dropping "Lower Refining Stone" or "Higher Refining Stone" on an enfoced item.
You can only use either lower or higher refining stone up to 5 times. After that, the JoH option will no longer increase.
You can remove the JoH options by talking to Jerridon in Aida1.
The incresment given by refining stones are random. Either +3, +2, +1 or fail. So far, our highest increment tested was +6 in one drop.
