Error : Vindication di AMPM uptime nya jauh lebih kecil dibanding di offi. Padahal skill ini berguna sekali buat ngurangi damage boss yg klo di fix jadi gede.

Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari Theck bahwa Vindication kerjanya berdasar PPM (Proc per minute). Dengan 50% chance melee swing dengan weapon 3.5-speed, berarti PPM = (60/3.5)*0.5 ~= 8.5.

tes yg kurang lebih sama, pake senjata 3.5 speed, hit dan exp capped. Dari 400 melee swing, ada 39 proc vindication (3 miss dan 36 applied). Jadi chance nya 9.75%, atau klo dibulatkan 10%.

Sedangkan di AMPM, 10% chance dengan weapon 3.5 speed, berarti PPM = (60/3.5)*0.1 ~= 1.7. berarti di kisaran 1.5-2 PPM.
Jauh lebih kecil di bandingkan di offi.

diiasumsikan perhitungannya benar2 8-9 PPM, klo ada 3582 melee&skill dengan 1.4 speed, berarti jumlah aplikasi Vindication antara 3582/(60/1.4) * 8 = 668 dan 3582/(60/1.4) * 9 = 752. Sama dengan Hasil tes

tes di AMPM kurang lebih sama, senjata pake 1.5-speed dengan SoV aktif.
Combat Log nya Attachment 18588
Dari 669 melee dan skill (melee=201, CS=48, DS=72, Judge=34, dan SoV=314) ada 19 proc Vindication.
Jika diasumsikan PPM nya benar 1.5-2, maka Jumlah proc vindication antara 669/(60/1.5) * 1.5 = 25 dan 669/(60/1.5) * 2 ~= 33. Karena relatif jauh lebih kecil dar tes, berarti ada skill yg diabaikan.
Apabila SoV diabaikan berarti ada 355 skill, maka Jumlah proc vindication antara 355/(60/1.5) * 1.5 = 13 dan 355/(60/1.5) * 2 = 18. Lebih dekat dengan tes.

Jadi kesimpulan, ada 2 bug di Talent Vindication
- PPM yg lebih kecil dari offi, di offi 8-9 PPM, sedangkan di AMPM 1.5-2 PPM
- Seal tidak bisa proc Vindication harusnya bisa
