Qualifications for IER Executive
-Having minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Law is more preferable
-Having minimum 2 years experiences progressive working in HR
-Possess good knowledge of Indonesia labor law, rules & regulations, solicitor and contract drafting
-Having knowledge of Industrial relationship process
-Good English (verbal and written) and Computer literate
