hemm. i learn from course.. because when i was at school, the teacher was not very good in teaching.. haha.. when u gonna increase your English, it's better if u watch TV or something that in English and u do not use any subtitle so it can increase the hearing...if u use the subtitle, it makes your feeling bad..
Game RPG, I always play game like Final Fantasy with a Dictionary beside.
If you want to know the game story or looking for a way through, automatically u must open a dictionary to determine word by word.
When your vocabulary is much enough, u can try to understand a sentences by combine the word by word meaning logically.
Its work for watching movie, anyway.

I learn English through a lot of things. example of those games on the computer, hp, or otherwise. There are also learning from the school or read a book.

Before everyone else share their experience about how we learn English, I will tell you about mine first!!
When I was a child, English is practiced only in Class (school subject), which I find out that only practice English in class isn't enough.
Later, day by day, my English grew from Computer! almost all the things about computers are English. I like computer very much, so without noticed, English also practiced along with the computer.
I started to have a little knowledge in English, I can understand and have some vocabulary, then I watch TV, the TV channel language is mandarin (which is my mother language) with English subtitle. Whatever I watch and listen to mandarin, I understand the meaning, and then followed by reading the subtitle which caused me to understand the words.
and then mastering it by using in everyday life. I'm very lucky that I worked in an English Institute, which everyone know English, so I started to speak in English. The first time is very hard to speak (reading is easier than speaking), dont discouraged, just keep speak everything that cross our mind.
Who says that watching anime will do us no good? here, by watching anime (which the anime is in japanese) we don't understand at all what they say!! so we are forced to read the subtitle (which is in English), there you go, I learned many things from anime too hahahaha
and the last, WTF is the use of grammar??? forget about grammar if you find it hard!! without grammar, as long as we understand, why bother about it right?? If you want to start learning English, dont be confused by grammar!!
Until today, I'm not say that I'm good in English, but at least I'm not bad :D :))

when i'm a child, i learn english at private school, then i always watch anime and chinese kungfu movie with english subtitle.
now, i can understand a lot of vocabulary, thx anime, thx chinese kungfu movie :P
