correct... icefrog realize that if kunkka using quelling blade & got tidebringer... he attack will do 136% if he hit creeps, and tidebringer effect will do same with heroes in tidebringer AOE's take 136% damage too...

235. collided map is a map that can make some hero more powerfull n imbalance.. so it doesnt make sense.. for the example yurnero can omnislash non stop to the enemy..
