It's actually bolded and all capped in the ToS. So no, they actually don't even need to a reason to ban you. Seeing as they bolded and capped this part of the agreement, I figured I posted the only other line that was bolded and capped.

As large of an attachment you have to your character, it is ultimately not yours. Hence you really can't complain about the loss of something that's not yours right? I did read a couple people that wanted to take legal action or something like that - this is pretty absurd to think that SE wouldn't cover this most basic issue of ownership. Not to be cold or anything but my account isn't mine and your account isn't yours. If anything, don't take your account too seriously.
Who's "Fault" is It?
There is a very very common argument going around the past few days regarding whether this is the players' fault or the programmers' fault. Actually a great number of players that I really like and respect have posted this remark since this bug was known for over 1.5 years and clearly people were GMing about it despite the fact many others were hiding it.
My take on "blame" is this. It is very one-sided to completely blame SE; it is very one-sided to completely blame the players who abused this. But this is actually not the point! The player base and SE are inherently not equals. Given that we accept the ToS everytime we log on, when a player makes a mistake such as using this bug, we can be subject to punishment.
When SE makes a programming error and creates the bug, we as players must report it immediately or face punishment. Saying who's fault it is or who's fault it is more is pointless as only the players' fault is punishable.

- tidak ada yg bisa disalahkan, apalagi nyalahin GM / pemilik server
- tapi berhubung kita masih lingkungan private, setidaknya kita secara baik-baik meminta pertolongan kepada GM mengenai item yang ke-delete

Ini kalo kasusnya kaya gini mah, asli dah, buat para GM dan admin,
bukan maksud ngejelekkin, cuma yang bener aja donk cara penanganan kasusnya.
Jika seandainya memang itu eq dari muru saat ini haram, ya dibuat supaya gak drop eq nya, jangan maen hapus eq dari char.
Dan maen hapus thread komplain atas hal ini, tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah sama sekali, yang ada hanya membuat nama kalian para GM dan admin jadi buruk.
