However, I will post a recommendation that it should have some sort of bonus damage or debuff to heroes with ears for logical sense.

It took like 25 minutes before TB could rape an entire team with Wraiths, SnY in the past. This way we encourage him to be played in an early game manner. I believe the next step is making him be able to switch to Metamorphosis permanently on command (like with Berserker's Rage with Troll) - opening him up to more laning possibilities instead of boring jungle.
