I've learned english since 10 years old . . from 3 different english courses . .Now, when i start working as a civil servant, i'm no longer studying english by course, but i'm still learning english by watching movies without subtitles and reading jakarta post . . i think that should help me doing english good. :)
my teachers come from malay.. holland.. australia..

mostly I learn english from studying and game. with studying i get the new english. and with game I apply the english
I learned english from school and course. Sometimes from watching movie.
I learned english most from subbed manga.
it's easier since i like manga and when i don't understand i search it on google translate.
i learn english from i was an elementry student grade 3.. I learn english until i was senior high school grade 1..
how long i have been learn english ? i think for 6 years.. but my english still bad. :pdizzy:
but i can understand every speech using english..

That's how I got better at English (+ an English course for a few years, of course)

Playing video games and my grandma. my grand ma teach me english since i was 5 - 6 i dont quiet remember. but mostly from games. i play rpg games and at some point when i dont kno where to go ill ask my grandma. she's a pro. lol. School help me learn a bit. and last but not least. have a conversation with my friends from foreign countries such as US ; Aussy ; Brittain; etc etc.

Start with Sesame Street show when i was age 8, improved it by watching west movie without looking at the subs..
never had a single English course in my entire life..xD
then i start to join US chat rooms, and even had a cyber GF from UK (god i miss her)
Starting from language books at school, then go to game that full of English language, then watch a favourite movies in English, n translate it by yourself.. i think it would help to incrase your english vocab.
me like reading manga,, always a fun way to learn english

I dont like the first with english but after having the aussie friends via the internet slowly I began to love the English language
