ini namanya nyusahin orang

yg gw bingung si gini, apakah karena kecerobohan diri sendiri orang lain harus turut ikut campur bertanggung jawab?

ok contoh gini, ente mo jual mobil, tapi dia blon bayar ente dha kasi semua surat2 BPKB dll.
kesalahan ada di ente, tapi ente dateng ke kantor polisi buat ngeguggat.
polisi mesti ngapain? di mata polisi barang2 kepemilikan udah ada di tangan si "penipu"
bisa2 ente yg dipenjara gara2 ngaku2 itu mobil milik ente.

ato gak kasus lain, ibarat ente dah kawin. tapi ente jarang pulang, rumah gak diurus, anak2 dibiarin, kerjaan maen2 asik sendiri. trus suatu ketika istri ente minta divorce krn mo kawin lagi. trus ente manggil2 polisi. makes sense gak?

intinya, lo nganggep char elu sebagai "KEPEMILIKAN ELU" kan?
ya take fucking responsibility lah, if you really care about your damn char so much ya lu mestinya take extra precaution klo mau di trade. masa kesalahan ELU sendiri lu minta ORANG LAEN yg tanggung jawab. ini bukan masalah siapa POLISI ato siapa PENEGAK HUKUM.

semoga setelah postingan bang floopz, gak ada lagi yang teriak minta tolong gara2 IDnya ditipu/minta balik gara2 ditipu/minta di ban gara2 ditipu, dll2 nongol di forum....karena itu semua hanya buang2 waktu....nick2 tersangka udah di share disini...silahkan disikapi oleh agan2 sekalian...saran ane sih, hindari trade ID in game...kalo perlu gak usah WTT...

uda saatnya loe coba jual mobil... jual mobil ga kaya jual permen karet di warung... semua itu ada 'contract'/surat2 yg musti di tanda tgn sblm ada penyerahan bpkb atau pun uang..... kalo ga ada surat2 hitam di atas putih, sama aja dong, kalo kita balik di sisi pembeli yg harus ngasih uang doloan lalu uda bayar tau2 ga di kasih bpkb, juga ga bisa gugat khan? jadi either way juga ga bisa gugat, salahnya bukan sapa yg ngasih duluan, salahnya ga pake 'contract' sayang yah contohnya ga valid...

you'r damn right, we have to be responsible of what we own, but that doesn't mean wrongdoer goes unpunished when we are not as responsible as we should, right ?
indonya, jelas kita harus bertangung jwb menjaga milik kepunyaan kita, tapi bukan brarti org yg bersalah ga di hukum khan ketika kita kurang bertanggung jwb?

1. read dolo post2 sblmnya, ga ada urusan sama char ilang, dr tadi ga ngebahas ttg org yg di tipu... gw ngebahas penjahatnya...
2. ga ada yg ngelunjak? gw yakin loe familiar sama indonesia yah ? gw yakin banyak warga negara indo yg hidup "gratis" di negara ini... lalu ketika ada kasus korupsi, apa brarti mereka2 itu ga punya hak utk minta negara menangkap koruptornya ? apa mereka perlu di penjara krn "menuh2 in indonesia, dan demo2 yg ga penting" ?

ok masbro, I like your attitude. a lil' bit like me in the old days but nevertheless too naive. It's not in your jurisdiction to judge someone, when the victim has already given up on the matter. It's like a criminal killed someone, and the victims families already forgave him for it. And then you came rushing in demanding the criminal be put to justice. Dude, please if those are not your characters, and the OWNERS of those characters has already given up (in other words already at peace with the crime inflicted upon them), then WHAT'S THE GODDAMN POINT?!? and even if they aren't there's always that option of secret question bla bla bla (that is if they ARE the legitimate owner of those IDs). They got jacked, they accepted it. case closed dude!

1st of all before tackling ANY kind of problem you must recall the resources at hand as well as the constraints in which the problem lies in

1. Private server, in which at the point you clicked that button that says I ACCEPT, you hereby AGREE to the following:
- you do NOT own your character. in the event that the GM or the server administrator decides to DELETE your character for WHATEVER REASON THEY MAY CHOOSE, they may do so. and you can't do anything about it.
- The rule above also complies that in the event that ANYTHING happens to your character, be it be deleted, mishandled, stolen, corrupted, the GM or the server administrator is in NO WAY RESPONSIBLE to be held against it NOR HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO RESTORE IT IN ANY WAY. Should the character be restored, it is ENTIRELY up to the GM and staffs' GOOD WILL (basically up to their whim, so to speak)
2. limited GM with limited SPARE time
- GM's and staff are doing maintenance, updates, patches, ON THEIR OWN FREE WILL, AND IN THEIR OWN SPARE TIME. Should matters pertaining to the server conflicts with an interest in their daily lives, THEY HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO PRIORITIZE WHICH ACTIVITIES THEY WILL RESUME 1ST AND WHICH THEY WILL ABANDON (for the time being anyways)

Intinya baca rules dan pahami kelebihan2 ( kenikmatan ) dan kekurangan2 ( resikonya ) kk, segala sesuatu TIDAK bisa di pandang hanya dari 1 sisi/pihak kita sendiri, kita tetep harus memahami sisi/pihak yg laen ^^

saran sy kl mau jual/WTT char ( sukur kl mau di ikutin, kl ga mau yaudah )
1. tanya2 orang yg anda kenal jelas ttg char tsb baik dari guild si char bersangkutan, dll2 nya ^^
2. jgn keburu nafsu akan sesuatu yg "murah" tapi murahan ^^
3. kalau bisa bertemu muka, sapa tau bisa naksir dan "jadian" ^^
4. minta tolong sama "orang ke 3" yang kalian ber 2 sudah kenal jelas dan sudah ternama utk melakukan transaksi ^^
5. mungkin ada yg bisa nambahin ^^

I have to say, you are pretty bad at giving a scenario..
If you were fired because you nag, I would say that you must be one hell of a bad employee, I mean BAD, people don't get fire because they nag, they nag all the time anyway! If you did get fired, you could sue them back for unlawful termination. and guess what, you'll get more.

Goodness gracious, wish i had more posts to spare, this is actually quite fun. ok kiddo, i'd have to say, you got potential. If it were any other situation I'd probably back you up, since I do believe justice is required in order for a society to function. um... hello? AFAIK Defense Attorney's the one who's defending a client accused of a crime. In this case the one who's accused is the ID THIEF. A defense lawyer will argue on behalf of its client to prove that he or she did not actually commit a crime. So that means Defense Attorney is the one DEFENDING their CLIENT from charges put up by the PROSECUTING ATTORNEY. so... that means you're defending the ID thief then? don't make me laugh. GM WoW AMPM "does not recognize"/ tidak mengenali / tidak bertanggungjawab / tidak tahu menahu , tentang perdagangan / pertukaran account, characters, gold, dan item. *update rules*

sesuai peryataan diatas, kita juga tidak mengenali ada nya penipu didalam perdagangan, karena didalam wow sendiri sudah ada trade window dengan visual yang jelas (goldnya brapa, itemnya berapa, dll) yang membutuhkan 2 pihak memencet tombol "accept" jika menyetujui transaksi itu.
In case ada yang accept tanpa melihatnya dulu itu murni kesalah player nya sendiri (yes, we does recognize stupid people).
