Cara itu emang bener bisa ngurasi latency kok. Coba aj gk ad ruginy. Gw dah lama pake cara itu. Tapi ad 1 lg tambahan utk ningkatin bandwidth (XP doank, laenny gk pernah nyoba).
1. Run gpedit.msc
2. Buka Computer Config -> Adm Temp -> Network -> QoS Packet Sched
3. Double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth
4. Pilih Enabled & Limit diisi 0%

sori agak meragukan, soal na dlu gw sering banget ngotak atik regedit, jadi na error terus terpaksa instal ulang windos.. jadi sekarang lebih berhati2 dengan regedit....thx

yg ngurangin sampe 0% sih bener caranya, soalnya defaultnya windows ngasih batasan 30% 'gak bisa di pake' oleh komputer kita, jadi memang lebih cepet, tapi efeknya signifikan tergantung dari ISP kk juga..
