The Emperor's Strike

The Centaur Khan strikes all enemies within his vicinity, causing tremendous damage to be dealt to all enemies 300 AoE around the Khan. Lesser enemies(creeps) are knockbacked far away for up to 600 range and slowed up to 60% for 4 sec based on the Khan's current Strength value. Enemy heroes are damaged and stunned instead in their places. Maximum damage dealt is 400.
Level 1 = Deal 3.5 x Strength as damage. Stun for 1.25 sec.
Level 2 = Deal 4.0 x Strength as damage. Stun for 1.5 sec.
Level 3 = Deal 4.5 x Strength as damage. Stun for 1.75 sec.
Level 4 = Deal 5.0 x Strength as damage. Stun for 2.0 sec.
Mana cost= 2.0/2.25/2.5/2.75 x Strength (maximum of 220)
Cooldown = 50 - 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25 x Strength(minimum of 9)

Battle Rage

The Centaur Khan let loose an encouraging cry that empowers the battle spirit of all allies within 700 AoE and all ally heroes in the map. Increases attack damage for a brief period. This skill passively add the Khan's attack damage by 13%.
Level 1 = Add 20% damage. Lasts 11 sec.
Level 2 = Add 25% damage. Lasts 14 sec.
Level 3 = Add 30% damage. Lasts 17 sec.
Level 4 = Add 35% damage. Lasts 20 sec.

The Emperor's Strength

Centaur Khan can absorbs humongous amount of damage and blows form his enemy. Add his Strength and whenever he lost 9% of his HP, he will receive additional life regeneration. Maximum 9 bonuses.
Level 1 = Add 13 Strength. Every 9% loss add 5 HP regeneration.
Level 2 = Add 13 Strength. Every 9% loss add 6 HP regeneration.
Level 3 = Add 13 Strength. Every 9% loss add 7 HP regeneration.
Level 4 = Add 13 Strength. Every 9% loss add 1.5% of maximum HP regeneration.

Blood Berserker

The Centaur Khan lusts for killing as the blood on his axe dries up. Whenever, he strikes an opponent with a low life, he will gain bonus damage when attacking the target. If he strikes an enemy hero with a low life, he gain additional damage rather than creeps.
Level 1 = Below 35% of maximum HP. Add 7% of maximum HP as damage, 8% for heroes.
Level 2 = Below 40% of maximum HP. Add 8% of maximum HP as damage, 10% for heroes.
Level 3 = Below 45% of maximum HP. Add 9% of maximum HP as damage, 12% for heroes.
Note:The bonus damage only applies to the enemy with low life. If the Khan attacks another enemy with high life, the bonus damage is gone.
