Can you please give us an introduction about yourself?

Hi my name is Jonathan "Loda" Berg and I'm an alcoholist!... Ehhhm wrong situation.
Hi! My name is Jonathan Berg I'm 20 years old, living in the center of Gothenburg, probably gonna start studying economics this fall and ehmmm I'm a DotA pro?

Would you also introduce yourself like this to a hot girl in a club?

I wouldn't introduce myself to a hot girl at a club, SHE would introduce herself to me

Why did you choose Loda to be your Nickname is there any special reason?
YES OK I WILL TELL YOU ALL!!!! ITS BECAUSE I WAS A LORD OF THE RINGS FAN!!! IT MEANS LORD OF DOL AMROTH.

And did you have any other nicknames before this one?

Ehm yea I guess, dunno which though... Think I had something like Jonathon or something, not really sure.

How did you get into online gaming and why is DotA the game you stuck to?

I don't know really O_O I never played any real online gaming before DotA, or well I guess I played some wc3, but I was never any good ^^
I got stuck with DotA just because I played with my friends and I always found something special in the way you can work together as a team and the cool strategies you can make!
Haha no actually it's only because of the public that loves me, I WANT MORE FAAAAAMEEE!

Are the any other Games which you like to play?

Hm at the moment, I'm playing some CS 1.6 but other than that, nope.

Who is the special other half, the person behind Loda?

Special other half? Sounds like I'm a ******** kid who goes to the "special" class at school...
Anyways I guess I'm just a regular cool kid that loves to hang out with people, party, flirt etc ^^ It's pretty hard NOT to love me when it comes to in real life Well that depends if I find you worthy to be interested in! Haha nah but seriously
Im very social and it's hard not to notice me, maybe because of my big bottom butt O_O

Apart from gaming, what are you doing, school/work?

Yea I'm usually working. I worked at IKEA before but got tired of it so during this summer I worked at a different secret place!
And as I said before in some weeks I'm gonna start studying economics!

And what other social/recreational activities do you do?

I hang out with friends, party, practice floorball, chill etc, feels like these questions are going in circles!


Do your parents and friends know about you being a pro gamer? and if yes, what did they say?

Ehm yea most of them actually know it, but when it comes to the girls etc they just don't grasp what it means =) They think it's cool that I can travel
but most despise that I game ^^ Most guys think it's pretty cool etc ^^ And the rest just don't mind what kind of hobby I do have :P
My parents know but don't get involved that much, as long as I go on with the rest of my life as well they don't say much ^^ They are very interested how different LANs etc went though.

Do they support you, since you have to spend an equal amount of time to practise and be in front of the computer?

Well as I said before they support me in the way that they don't care as long as I keep up the charade of having a real life to other friends and family

Tell us about your marital status, have you found your partner in life yet?

No regretable I haven't found my partner in life yet, though I have found some nice girls to waste time with^^ I'll be single until I fall in love, been in to many "well we fit together and she's hot" relationships.

How did you started DotA and for how long have you been playing it now?

I first tried the map like 4 years ago, my friend showed it to me at a LAN center and at the beginning I really though the game sucked :P Because I got so owned, but some 2 years later I Started playing it for real with some friends and the map was now a lot more balanced so I loved it =)

When did it turn out for you to be professional/serious?

Hm I think it was like 2 years ago when I started playing for real with T_T (Team_Team) the Old Old one I mean :P

How did you became a part of SK and when?

Haha I barely remember how it happened tbh ^^ It was sometime before Christmas and new years eve I believe, Drayich who was a part of the clan at that moment had been talking to SK and somehow he made them interested enough in us

If you compare DotA now and how DotA was when you started, what are the differences?

Haha I don't know... I don't run around and solo the other team like I did when I played public, or wait? I usually do that Nah but the game has been much more balanced, I don't really like the new version though! I feel that it's so much more lategame oriented

Which hero did you played when you first started DotA? and how badly did you fed?

I think I played some kind of over imbalanced type of Soul Keeper, at that time he had superimbawindwalk and some other stuff And yes I did feed... But still it was pretty fun :P

Which hero is the most annoying hero to play against?

Hm I HATE playing vs Tb, Tide, DK and NA ^^

Do you have any tips, on how people can improve their skills?

Well the only tip I have that really works is to practice practice practice with players BETTER than you or as good!

How did the SK team started out? Was the roster always like this?

Nah in the beginning it was Me, Drayich, Akke, Bogdan, Tompa, Renji and Kwom. After that Kwom was the first to leave/get kicked cause of some problems with the first trip to asus, after that drayich and I had a man to man talk where we decided that the team needed one leader and not two ^^ He took the decision to leave and gave me the chance to lead once again!
After Dray we added Hailo I believe? Yea I'm pretty sure it was Hailo! Hailo was more of an investment than a kickass player from the start, but he had time to work himself into it so =) We had some time together with ARS-ART and RwaR, but sadly this didn't work out that good I will always remember Smile the coolest gayboy I know and I will never forget our time in Moscow :P

Could you give us a brief description about what roles each member has in SK?

Sweden Loda: L God like my fans like to call me, farmer, ganger, pwner.
Sweden Bogdan: Superganger, wannabe farmer, irl friend.
Sweden Akke: Semicarry, sylla, Ancientsfarmer.
Croatia Minitito: Best puck in Sweden
Sweden Tompa: Whiner whiner whiner, Strenghthero carry.
Sweden Hailo: Support, warder, shaker.

What are the favourite heroes of each player?

Ehhhm I really don't know... We're pretty known to play very different heroes each one of us, but once again I'll give it a try :P

Is the current lineup of SK the final one, or do you plan to exchange or to add any player/s?

Muhahaha I can't tell you that can I? Then everyone will know my evil plans!!! I'm not really sure to be honest, we'll see in the future. There may be an old friend that will return but I guess we'll see ^^

Is there any way someone can apply to be a part of your team, does he needs to have special standard/level to get accepted to play in the team?

Nah people can't get into SK by contacting us, WE contact them If you are fabulous and gorgeous expect to hear from me!

If you would have the choice, would you prefer playing the ward-support, or a carry hero?

Hah carry of course! But I would probably choose ganger over everything

Do you have any specific training-time?

Nope, we just play when we feel like playing and when we have games ^^ Before events we have STRICT times to follow ofc, but at other times? Not really. But our manager keeps us on a short leash! :P

What are your future plans? Do you think being a DotA pro gamer is a viable career choice for life?

Haha I don't really believe that I will stay as a pro DotA gamer for the rest of my life, but as long as I find it fun I'll stick around. But that's the thing about me, I'm awesome to the max if I do things I like, but if I'm bored, I'm just good I'm gonna study, become a singer/songwriter, meet the girl of my dreams and blablabla, then I'll look back to the days when everyone loved me and smile!!!

Sweden SK.Akke: As in many other E-sports like Counter-Strike, you need an ingame-leader, and Loda is Perfect (with a very big P) for that role. Its has been his play style since we started to play 4 years back, keeping good control of the map and giving tips to people what they should do and such. In real life he is often very cheerful, likes to laugh and have the same wonderful sarcastic humour as I do . He has a very good general knowledge (the opposite of me lol >_>) And in his spare time he often likes to ride polar bears throwing axes at people!

Croatia SK.Minitito: I didint know loda that good until i joined SK but playing with him for couple of months i got to know him. I think he is the best leader and a really great teammate. He has a unique playstyle and i think that makes him one of the best players in the world. He is also i really nice and friendly guy and a great friend.

Sweden SK.tompa: Loda is the kind of guys who often see the true potentials in players and know what they will do best, That's why he's one of the best dota leader I've ever had in my dota career. He's a guy who's mostly happy and keeps the spirit up both ingame and IRL and that's what i like most about him. What also gives a huge plus is his long experience in dota. He's simply a great leader .

Sweden SK.Hailo: Loda is a very experienced player and has been at the top from the very start of competitive dota, couple that with his personality and you got what a leader should be like. he is also unique in his game play as he, unlike most other carry/ricing players gangs a lot more, making the whole team benefit from his creepstats a lot earlier compared to many of the other top teams. At least on this new map where most teams tend to go for a pure-breed carry strategy and relying on him to get strong before the game actually starts.

Denmark Plus46|zenition: Loda is the kind of player who can play any hero well, usually he plays solo or carry, but we've also seen him play a flawless ganker at times. I'm kind of against this "carry-player hype" that is going on, but Loda really has proven numerous times that he is to be considered one of the best players in the world.

Denmark MYM|Maelk: Loda has a great energy in game and has a magic ability to lead his allies into certain death but still come out on top. He has a flair for entertaining people and is a great guy online as well as offline. A quote I think describes him well, and that I think he would agree with, would be "Its Loda's world, we're just lucky to live in it!".

The first part of this game is all about Hanni's Chen moving around the map and ganking at will. Pretty soon Loda feels left out, though, and decides to throw some ganks of his own. It's DAGON time!

Loda heads solo mid with Panda and handily controls Luna. Once the runes start spawning nicely, the other lanes get a taste as well. Eventually Loda is farming enemy neutrals right in front of their faces, and they can only watch! Watch this game if you like “Melee Wars”.



Sand King

Without his armor, Sand King is now a glass cannon, so expect some deft maneuvering early on to stay out of trouble. It should be easy to rack up some kills with competent multi-hero stuns, though. Once Loda farms Travel, the enemy team can't even show up on the map without him zeroing in on them.

Who doesn't like a good Jugg replay? This is a great exhibition of Loda's favorite hero. Plenty of farm, plenty of ganks, and a couple suicidal moves just to keep it real.



Venge

An oldie but a goodie. You'll see tons of exciting escapes right from the first creep spawn, and the entire 60-minute match is all action. Loda's team takes an early lead but as Visage farms, it quickly dissipates. Can they bring Visage down without killing themselves in the process...?
