"what is seen is TEMPORARY, what is unseen is ETERNAL"
Are you sure you need to try hard to shove this grammar stuff up your brain?
Frankly, I can't even name a single tense and its syntax and I can't be arsed to remember any of them.
I don't have enough free space on my drive B (Brain =P) to remember them. Yeah, an excuse. Well... actually, I'm crap at remembering stuff. <.<
VileTooth has pointed out several good points.
Instead of reading a bunch of articles of what you will only need when you're facing tests.
Watch TV, read books, use dictionary as your trusty side-kick.
This method should be more efficient to people who have a smelly brain, or at least to me.
Eventually, you'll be able to just think 'It sounds weird. It should be bla bla bla.'
And no, my english is far from good. But, oh well. =P

well, grammar is important for formally thingy
actually grammar is important only for your TOEFL and to get high score / grade in your school or college..
but for daily talking with your friends or other people, it is not so important..
for daily talking, the important thing is he/she can understand what are you talking about and you can understand what is he/she talking about..
even my grammar is not so good, but other people can understand me if I talk to that person..
the most important thing is understanding (not grammar)..
I LOVE INDOGAMERS

wokwokwwokwokwwokw
i don't think that understanding is just more important than grammar, well you can say that because you were not using your english in the formal way. Me for example, more than 50% of my business partner is using english and i have to pay attention to my grammar very very carefully. why? they said that they could determine how polite and how smart are you from the way you use your english.
i don't judge whether grammar is more important than understanding, i try to master them and learn when to use my understanding more and when to use my grammar more

It is rather impolite to use the "will" and "can" form. Therefore, would and could are used instead. Though I'm sure there are different things which come from English-American/English-British. Also there's another reason that I forget >_< (pheraew It tookl a wjhile to write this, since I hurt myl fingeres)Question !!
