yes, there are "only" 4 possible sections to be made. This is both an IQ test of word power.
Instead of thinking of dividing the square, why don't you first figure out what word is in that box. It is a 9-lettered word.

Well I found out that the answer is DEPARTURE, but I don't know the pattern of the division. I solved this with my own method. I think I can post the way I solved it but I don't think it is necessary because the way I used to solve this isn't the same as the real way that is demanded. Maybe someone (or even the one who gave this riddle) can tell how is the exact way in solving this.

at last someone answered it. I am truly amazed, my hat is off to you.
That is it, the answer is departure. Is it really that hard? Forget the pattern, it is unsolvable if you wanted to do the pattern.
It is a bad thing i can't add reputation nor thanks to your post. I will add it as soon as it works.

7. My job is a nascar racer, I am a driver
~ You might want to change Driver to Racer... As Driver means a whole other word than being a Racer.
But if it is a sourced question then i Might be wrong....
But if it isn't you can change it, cause really they might be a little different...
