    1. It is a test which test your English skills.
    2. Yes, its a pretty crucial test for me, because
    3. It is needed for us to make certain administration papers at countries which uses English as their main language.

    1. the word "for" is a cojunction word so it must be followed (by) noun words
    e.g: for going

    2. the word "and" shows "verb" (forget its name in english)
    e.g:
    - for going abroad and finding a job
    - to go abroad and to find a job

    3. "TOEFL is necessary for student for going abroad and finding a job because for me, it can be a good advantage if you had been test for TOEFL" is a confusing sentence because the sentence after the word "because" has a function as a modifier of the main sentence, so that it can be called as Indonesian clause in the form of english word

    4. you all can check in dictionary in making a shorten word
    e.g:

it is ----> it's not its

the word "its" has a similar function with "yours", "hers", and "his"

I'm still 14, is it important for me? Btw, what is TOEFL? Is it a test or some kind of training? I would have my English course finished next term, but I don't know what should i do. Should I take another English course or what?

it is important to you if your parents wanted to send you overseas. Other than that, i don't really think it is so crucial.

Toefl is short for Test Of English as a Foreign Language

As explained above, it is literally a test of English as a foreign language.
