a. Sentence which is bolded with red color:
You wrote: She is open

What do you want to say? There are 2 grammars that you can use. It's:
- Simple Present tense [s+v1 (+s/es/ies)]
- Present continous tense [s + tobe (is, am, are) + v1+ing]

Ex:
- Within' Simple present tense: 'She opens'
- Within' present continous tense: 'She is opening'

b. On words which I gave 'this' color, you must use gerunds, gerund is a verb that acts as a noun, usage: [v1+ing].

c. On words which I gave 'this' color, you have written wrong vocabulary, there is no "sheldom" on vocabulary.
Solution: If you want to say 'Jarang' in English, you have to use 'Seldom', not 'Sheldom'.

It must be

S + tobe + adjective.
