LUPA PASSWORD, TIDAK ADA OP YG BANTU

kk saya lupa password IDGS public, dan saya susah coba masuk ke page lupa password di indogamers.com/f318. tapi selalu message yang keluar seperti ini :

mungkin itu disebabkan karena user kita masi user biasa sih, bukan premium member yang warna biru kak.

setau saya kalau mau jadi premium member id forum ber umur 100 hari/100validpos/PM admin niz...
cmn saya kurang tau PM ke admin niz maksudnya gmn....
