As of 3.0.2 live, Chaos Bolt will not penetrate immunity functions, i.e. Ice block, Divine Shield.

dikutip dr WOWHEAD, artinya CHAOS BOLT masih bisa ditahan 2 SKILL diatas.
juga CHAOS BOLT nembus RESILIENCE.

Actually it does ignore all resiliance factors. There are only three things in this game (in PvP at least) that can save you from the full damage of chaos bolt. Divine shield, Ice block, and the warlock missing you, that's it once it leaves the warlocks hands.

di bg klo drop di tempat flag.. tar isa tele 1 peta... kekna ada tempat2 tertentu ato apa gitu yg kadang2 isa buat tele 1 peta.. klo tempat laen kadang ada rangena.. gak ngerti deh.. baru nemu ene..tiba2 tadi isa tele satu peta.. tapi tau2 kadang isa kadang gak.. aneh..
