itu kan refuse statusnya bro.."menolak" kalo menolak kan analoginya dia ada kegiatan untuk menolakny (ada respon balik berupa message error khusus dr server)
beda kalo timeout/not found..itu emg servicenya ga ada ato extrim servernya mank mati..cek koneksi aj klo masalah2 keq gni, biasa scanning service kan?, dr situ bs analisa ndri tar..
