gw udh coba konsentrasi trus gosok-gosokin tanpa tersentuh, tapi kerasanya malah hangat.

berarti konsentrasi gw kurang yah

anggap aja lu megang bola kasti yg besar2nya 2x ato 1.5x, maksud gw lu diem dulu bentar konsentrasi dan visualisasi ada bola ditangan, ketika anda merasa sudah terkonsentrasi & mengvisualiasikannya dgn baik, coba deh gosok tgn lu. pas digosok jgn neken sama sekali, gosok dgn lemah lembut dan pelan2 aja, itu mksdnya biar lebih kerasa udh ad ato blom, makin keras makin bagus.

jgn langsung start digosok2 dgn kecepatan dan tekanan yg lumayan, gw jamin langsung buyar dah konsentrasi lu (jk mempunyai konsentrasi yg lemah).

kalo perlu posisi tangan kiri dbwh and posisi tgn kanan diatasnya, jd ntar tgn kanan lu yg diatas ngerasain ada bola gitu yg kenyel2(tgn kiri diem dulu aja tapi jgn lepas konsen ke tgn kiri jg), tekennya pelan2 aja. kalo dha ke teken.. angkat aja tgn kanan lu agar jarak tgn kiri & atas melebar kembali dan lu fokusin lg deh pikiran lu ke bola itu, pasti ukurannya membesar kembali/lbh besar dr aslinya.

jika bolanya dha keluar dikit konsentrasi & visualiasinya pk sugesti "tolak", dgn tujuan mengeraskan energi bola psi sehingga makin lama makin keras, kalo dah mantep lu lepasin aja tgn kanan lu(relax) gw jamin bisa ngambang tgn lu hohohho, abis itu baru deh masuk ke tahap pemasukan element ato kinesis2 lainnya.

tapi ada cr latihan yg umum, bikin bola psi yg padat dgn cara membesarkannya sebesar2nya lalu dikecilkan kembali sehingga menjadi padat. atau ada jg dgn sugesti "berat"

atau dgn cara latihan bikin psiball pake 1 tgn jg bisa.

udah coba 3x.

Pertama coba konsentrasi 8 menit terus gosok-gosokin tangan kanan ke tangan kiri dengan cara tidak tersentuh = GAGAL

Kedua coba konsentrasi 17 menit terus gosok-gosokin tangan kanan ke tangan kiri dengan cara tidak tersentuh = GAGAL LAGI

Ketiga coba konsentrasi 3 menit terus gosok-gosokin tangan kanan ke tangan kiri dengan cara tidak tersentuh = GAGAL LAGIIIIIIII

yang ada pegel-pegel tangan gw sama kaki.

ada 1 teknik lagi biar bisa cepet bikin psi bal....
dengan cara paksaan/bantuan dr org lain....

1.cari org yg dah mahir buat psi ball...
2.suruh org itu ngalirin energinya dia ke lo lwat perantara tangan....
3.trima segala bentuk enrgi yg lo terima dr tangan lo...masuk ke dalam sumber energi diri lo....(jgn lo lawan)
4.mulai visualisasikan energi yg dah disimpen di pusat energi lo itu masuk ke telapak tangan lo....
5.visualisasikan energi dr telapak tangan lo meresap kluar dikit demi dikit...(kudu di latih)
6.visualisasikan energi yg kluar membentuk sebuah pusaran energi kecil berbentuk bola kecil..
