udah di boot thawed masih kayak gitu
udah di uninstall juga masih kayak gitu ada solusinya???

masukin cd windows anda,,,booting dari cd,,,dan repair windows anda atau instal ulank

coba masuk ke administrative tools - local security policy - find "change the system time" on local policy and add the user or group if there no showed use advance n find then add administrator or power user - ok then restart.
