Tampilan Bing Dipastikan Tidak Jauh Berbeda dengan Kumo
Sekali lagi, Microsoft akan mencoba merebut posisi Google sebagai pemilik search engine dengan jumlah pengguna terbanyak saat ini. Setelah sebelumnya gagal dengan Live Search, Microsoft akan segera mengeluarkan pengganti search engine tersebut dengan Microsoft Bing.
Sebelumnya, Bing sudah diperkenalkan kepada masyarakat luas tetapi menggunakan nama yang berbeda. Nama search engine tersebut adalah Kumo. Microsoft juga telah mengumumkan tanggal resmi dari peluncuran website ini, yaitu tanggal 3 Juni nanti.
Dari tampilannya, Bing terlihat begitu menarik. Halaman awal search engine tersebut terlihat cantik dengan adanya gambar latar belakang .
Bing memang sengaja diciptakan oleh Microsoft untuk membantu penggunanya untuk mengambil suatu keputusan. Microsoft Bing menggunakan teknologi dari Powerset, sebuah perusahaan teknoligi yang dibeli oleh Microsoft tahun lalu. Teknologi pencarian dari Powerset membantu banyak dalam pencarian yang lebih akurat.
Ada beberapa feature yang ditawarkan memalui Microsoft Bing ini, diantaranya:
• Best Match: hasil pencarian yang relevant akan muncul dan link yang paling relevant akan ada pada puncak list
• Instant Answers: Hanya dengan melakukan satu click, Anda dapat langsung mengakses informasi yang ada pada hasil pencarian
• Bing Maps: Map untuk Enterprise ini sebenarnya merupakan Virtual Earth yang merupakan mapping platform kepunyaan Microsoft
• Bing Travel Rate Key: perbandingan dari lokasi hotel, harga yang akan ditampilkan dengan warna merah pada tulisannya.
Dengan akan diluncurkannya search engine dari Microsoft ini meramaikan kompetisi search engine yang selama ini didominasi oleh Google. Layak dinantikan pemenang persaingan dari kedua developer kelas dunia tersebut. (*)

klo cuman buat search biasa doang google lebih bagus dan akurat..
tapi kelebihan bing d bandingkan google, bisa search video dan ada previewnya, bisa nyari harga barang..
bisa nyari lokasi map, dan bisa nyari kebutuhan travel kaya tiket pesawat, cek hotel,etc
tapi sayangnya baru bing usa doang yg mendukung fitur ini

trs d pojok kanan atas ada pilihan sign in, indonesia, extras.
klik yg indonesia, trs ntar d redirect k webpage laen, trs pilih United States - English, done
dah tinggal coba deh, itu dah bingnya usa.
satu lagi fitur bagusnya bing, ada search historynya
