(kenapa 20 juli ? karena season II bakal pake latest map, sementara ada event INACTA tgl 15-19 (dilanjut akhir juli) yang masih pake 6.59d, gw pilih ini waktu biar tim gak terlalu bingung harus latian dengan map apa)
Groupstage schedule : 1 August - END


TOURNAMENT RULES
PRIZE = AT LEAST 2 JUTA RUPIAH.
MAP = LATEST MAP (now 6.60b, misal 6.61 keluar, kita akan kasi waktu 1minggu sebelom pindah ke versi terbaru)
PLATFORM = INDOGAMERS PUBLIC SERVER
HOST = BOTHOST provided by WENAS
GAME MODE = -cm
OFFLINE VENUE = TBA

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Qualification = buat tim daerah yang mewakili daerah tertentu, jadi ntar kalian bawa pride daerah tersebut !

GroupStage = 2 group 8 tim BO3.

Knockout = top 2 from each group advances to offline finals

OFFLINE FINALS = Double elimination BO3.

QUALIFICATION FEE

REGISTRATION FEE = RP 100.000 / tim.

BATAS PENDAFTARAN KUALIFIKASI = 15 JULY.

Item Restriction : MAX 2 GUINSOO's, MAX 1 KHADGAR, MAX 1 QUELLING/team. (gak seru abis tau creeping pake quelling, gak ngelatih skill !)

Backdooring:

- The first two towers are allowed to be attacked at every time, the backdoor rule do not apply.
- You have to enter the base with creeps but they don't have to be in the same line as you. As soon as creeps enter the base, the complete base is allowed to be destroyed.
- As long as there were creeps in base when you entered, you are allowed to keep attacking even if they die. If you leave the base at this moment you need to have new creeps in the next attack.
- If the base towers are denyable (below 10% HP) backdooring rules do not apply.

Disconnection/Save Games:
The game cannot be remade after First Blood is drawn or the first 10 minutes passed. In case of a remake, players have to pick the same heroes with the same items attached, and have to start on the same lanes.

The game should be saved frequently, means every 10 minutes, or if anything special has happened (Big clashes, Roshan-kill, Barracks-kill).
Leaving on purpose to force remakes, will result in a disqualification.


Sharing:
Item sharing is allowed, as long as the game permits it. Nevertheless boosting, sharing items to build recipes, is not allowed.
Sharing control is allowed.
Leavers may be played with fully attached items, or items can be shared/sold but then it is forbidden to control the hero anymore.

Sportsmanship :
Teams are to be professional at all times, flaming/ racism/ disrespect to match admins will not be tolerated, it may also result in having the participating team to be disqualified from the rest of the event.

gak heran lah, abis emang lebih banyak tim2 besar dari jkt. walau gw masih berpikir kl slot buat tim luar jkt/bandung ditambah 1 atau 2 lagi (jadi max 3/4)
anyway, sukses buat penyelenggara, semoga semakin memajukan dota indonesia dan bikin makin terkenal untuk dunia luar (replaynya disebar2 gt d forum luar mxd gw).. rooting for XcN
