I am hurting but I feel happy because you are smiling

That's why it is an unrequited love
I am happy as long as I can see you smiling every time
your smile heals my wound
but I know, it does not belong to me

It's enough for me to just watching you from far away
to make sure, you would not get hurt
protecting your smile,that's enough for me
I am aware that the chance for me is zero

I am afraid of losing you
when you know that I love you
I thought that it was a mistake
but deep inside my heart, I have never regretted that I love you

Be happy, so that I won't regret
letting you go
I know I am a coward,
afraid to confess but do not want to lose you
not brave enough to say I love you,
cause of this love, i am brave enough to smile together as you do

Thanks for being happy
This unrequited love is not a mistake
but a very precious gift
