Atw dengan cara yang lain...
Masukin CD windows xp mu ( yang bootable)
lalu restart komputer (sebelumnya ganti dulu bootingnya ke CD)
trus tunggu , lalu pilih install baru
kemudian pilih hardisk km yang mau km format
lalu format ke fat32 / ntfs ( biasanya windows xp pke ntfs)
klo pengen ngeformat tp gak ngeinstall windows xp, setelah selesai format
langsung restart aja PC mu::bangin:: ::bangin::I close my eyes and

formatnya mau pake sistem apa? FAT32 atau NTFS?
Klo FAT32 langsung aja pake startup 98/Me trus ketik di Promt: format c: atau drive yang diinginin.
Klo NTFS bagusan pake startup XP aja dech.!!!

Oh iya, sebelon format, mending kamu delete partition lama kamu dulu. Terus baru bikin partition baru, baru di format dah, emank sih bisa makan additional 45 menitan gitu, cuman kyknya bagusan cara gini kayaknya (kalo gw liat abang-abang di mangga dua ya.. :nosweat: )

NTFS gak bisa di kenali oleh MS-DOS
Fat16/32 bisa di kenali oleh MS-DOS
kalo mau format lalu install XP...mendingan lsg boot dari cdrom...

satu lagi nihhh kalau biasanya kompi yang uda kena virus seperti brontoks atau kere.exe biasanya nyerang bootable memory dan BIOS jadi untuk di format juga kagak bisa
solusinya clear jumper bios yang ngehubung ke baterei bios kamu cabut trus pasang lagi ntar kamu bisa masuk ke setting DEL BIOS kamu trus kembali ke langkah awal masukin bootable CD Windows XP lalu instal dehhh
kalau mau aman sih kalau bisa uda diinstal dan format Drive Windows nya instal Win Xp menggunakan Format NTFS trus sediain Ghost.exe untuk merestore windows, itu solusi laen kalau tidak memakai DEepfreeze
