A = sorc (ma = 500)
B = lawan (mr = 1000)

RESIST = (B.magicResist - A.magicAcurracy) / 10 = ... %

1000 - 500 = 500
500/10 = 50

jadi si player B bisa 50% resist magic dari si sorcerer A.
