From what I heard from the GM announcement in game, Scarlett got his/her level decreased by -5 from 50 to 45 (cmiiw) because of using an illegal item. Probably... although the level has been decreased, it seems that what he/she wears remains in the equipped slot and might be functional.

Let the GMs handle this

i want to make this **** clear. She aint usin any cheat. she just got a penalty from GM (the penalty = -5 level) so originally she's lv 50. That's why, she's still usin those gears even tho she's just lvl 45.
