SendLogClient error

error yg saya alami terjadi setelah memilih char dan mulai masuk game. tiba2 aion error dan muncul window peringatan dari SendLogClient. disana tertulis " Log file you send us will be a great help on improving the client" trus ada pilihan "send, cancel, details" saya sudah copy ulang file SendlogClient, tapi error tetap terjadi disaat akan memulai game. yg anehnya, aps pake char 1 lg, malah ga ada masalah, berarti ini masalahnya bukan dr file aion di komputer, tetapi sepertinya dari srvernya. char yg error char utama pula T_T. tulunggggggggg

gw jg waktu log in pake char yang utama eh langsung ngehang , aionnya otomatis closed .
padahal aku coba char yang lain ga ada masalah , napa ya ini =.=
