char gw assasin pake duar dager yang +19% aspd

di stat aspd jadi 0.9

pake skill asinan yang tambah 20% aspd di stat ga berubah aspd gw tetep 0.9?

tanpa buff speed gw 1.0 pake buff jadi 0.9
klo padahal ada temen gw yg attack speed nya 1.1 dan kalo pake buff jg jadi 0.9
