Description:
Roots calls upon the souls of the trees to surround his enemy, slowing it's movement. The souls will start to burn themself, damaging nearby enemies for 10 damage per second.
Lasts 5 seconds.
Level 1 - Gives 10% movement speed reduction, limit of 2 souls. Level 2 - Gives 20% movement speed reduction, limit of 4 souls. Level 3 - Gives 30% movement speed reduction, limit of 6 souls. Level 4 - Gives 40% movement speed reduction, limit of 8 souls.
