Yes, it's apparently as obscene as it sounds. MangaGamer has just announced that Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia, the sequel to Overdrive's Edelweiss eroge, is now available for download (NSFW).

Picking up where Edelweiss left off, the story concentrates on two side characters from the original game that apparently proved more popular among fans than the main heroines (which clearly warrants them their own game).

I'm sure you're curious about the "talking Johnny" part I mentioned. I'll just let this text from the blurb explain:
