Mount/burn the Alibat 1.5.iso
Install the game (you might want to use Microsoft AppLocale)
Copy the v1.5F patch from the 1.5F-patch-folder to the game folder, overwriting existing files
Copy alibat_nolocale_150f.exe to the game folder and execute it. This patches the game file.
Run the game via ALiBAT.exe or the corresponding link on your desktop

Controls:

There are three action keys:
Attack
Jump
Dash

You can also pause the game by pushing the "Pause"-button.

Items:

In order to be able to attack you have to collect the suitcases. Each suitcases gives you different attacks. I didn't figure out all the items and controls yet though.

It's also a good idea to always keep collecting the suitcases in order to not leave any (or as little as possible) to your enemy. This way the enemy won't have any weapons to shoot at you with.

Be cautious though: you can run out of weapons! You won't have any means to attack unless you collect further suitcases, which pop out randomly on the plane you're fighting on.
