nah, karena kena sinar matahari, kloroplas" yang ada di bagian tsb bereaksi dan melakukan apa yg disebut transfer hidrogen,
terus terbentuklah NADPH dan ATP
setelah itu, barulah masuk ke reaksi gelap (nga butuh cahaya)
reaksi gelap ini terjadinya di stroma (adanya di bagian baliknya daon)
di sini terjadi reaksi kimia antara NADPH sama ATP dengan CO2 yang diserap daun (klo siang")
nah, NADPH + ATP + CO2 ini jadilah apa yg disebut glukosa alias C6H12O6
singkatnya sih gitu

1. Fiksasi (pengikatan)
Di sini, 6 atom ribulosa difosfat ngiket 6 atom CO2 ---> jadi 6 molekul beratom C 6 biji yg nga stabil ---> segera pecah jadi 12 molekul asam fosfogliserat (atom C nya 3) ---> ditambah sama 12 molekul fosfat (fosfogliserat + fosfat) ---> jadilah molekul 1,3-bifosfogliserat
2. Reduksi (dikurang"in atom"nya)
Molekul 1-3,bifosfogliserat tadi direduksi sama H+ dari NADPH
NADPH nya jadi NADP+,
1,3,bifosfogliserat jadi 12 molekul fosfogliseraldehid (PGAL) yg atomnya 3 C
nah, yang 2 nyatu jadi C6H12O6 (glukosa), sementara 10 laennya masuk ke fase regenerasi
3. Regenerasi (pembentukan kembali atom" nya)
10 fosfogliseraldehid yang tadi sisa, berubah jadi 6 molekul ribulosa fosfat
kalo dapet tambahan molekul fosfat lagi, maka jadilah ribulosa difosfat dan siklus ngulang lagi ke no.1
