Di thread ini kita bicara banyak soal bgmn build chanter yg bagus buat attack atau setidaknya seimbang, tapi chanter, as bung Ansav put it, comes from the word "enchant" yang loosely translated in gaming world as "menambah status". We add depth in a party, we augment the party members' power, we are crowd controller, we are support first, hitter/disabler second, and then healer (chanter's heal does suck, compared to cleric or even temps and glads insta-heal). That's what chanters are, that's what they do, that's their roles.

Balik lagi apakah chanter tersiksa? kemungkinan besar iya kalau ga party, atau lo satu party ama org2 yg selfish, minta disupport tapi ga ada yg support si supporternya. At least you need to have someone backing up your support class. Kecuali si supportnya sudah sgt GG shg tdk perlu disupport. Btw, building a support class for a chant is so much simpler than building a decent attack type. Just take the elemental screen line. off course you can play as hitter for fun or if you feel you're really good at it, or perhaps you hit better than you support.
