1.Bila Dalam 3 Bulan HDD rusak, pastinya HDD akan ditukar dengan yang baru dan isi game pun di kopi ulang, akan tetapi bila HDD rusak diatas bulan ke-3, Hdd diganti baru akan tetapi ada ongkos untuk kopi ulang gamenya (ongkos tergantung ukuran)

2.Hard disk yang digunakan kemungkinan Hitachi, HP, Seagate, WD (Tergantung stok) HARD DISK Garansi 3 Tahun Garansi Langsung distributor resmi masing-masing. Bukan garansi toko.

3.Pengerjaan hardisk dimulai setelah pembayaran diterima. Lama pengerjaan tergantung pengisian besar Hard disk.

Perkiraan lama pengerjaan:
Untuk 320Gb Sekitar 25 - 30 Games (MAX 290gb) (1 hari)
Untuk 500Gb Sekitar 45 - 55 Games (MAX 470gb) (1 hari)
