Gw juga pernah ngalemin kayak gini,ternyata input method gw pindah dengan sndirinya..
di coba aja sarannya bro Moonwalk ,asal kembali ke US/UK pasti normal lagi

nah masih ngaco tuh

Cukup aneh kasus loe...

Coba trick ini deh (nga 100% berhasil sih).
Copy file virtual keyboard u dari pc yang normal.
Caranya...??
Buka Pc yang virtual keyboardnya masih normal.
Dari menu start click kanan shortcut virtual keyboard tersebut.
Copy shortcut ke desktop, lalu click kanan lagi dimenu shortcut virtual keyboard yang ada di desktop.
Pilih and click properties lalu click open file location.
Setelah file tersebut ditemukan, copy kedalam media usb flash disk.

Lalu pindahkan file tersebut ke Pc yang virtual keyboardnya error.
Caranya sama dengan diatas, tetapi tinggal di paste aja file tersebut difolder file berada.

gini kak klo saya Log In Sebagai User 01 (misalnya) dia bakal Keacak Keynya. klo Log In sebagai User 02 Gak ada yang anbeh Keynya. Kesimpulannya sementara Ini Bisa Ulah Virus/malware Yang Ngumpet Di Document and setting saya. nah gimana cara saya ngeremove tuh virus/malware

Pindahkan data user1 ke media lain.
Log in sebagai administrator lalu remove user1 account login.
Restart...recreate account login user1...

Problem Solved Ada malware Yang di remove. pas di remove pake avg sistemnya minta restart. kayaknya bener itu. yang buat masalah di setting saya
