GAME MASTER (based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent email support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect, investigate, and document data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs
  • Organize, communicate and execute events for the community
  • Provide technical email support to customers
  • Community management (reading and responding to forum postings, collect feedback etc)


Requirements:
  • You love playing games (social, causal, MMOs)
  • Good command of English communication skills to liaise with users
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, and has a positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to engage and motivate a wide audience world wide
