While this is in the Restoration tree, it is most useful by far for feral druids. Note that the clearcasting works on your abilities which use energy and rage as well. The best use of the proc is not to return to caster form to heal, but to use one of your more costly feral abilities. This effectively increases your cat form and bear form DPS by allowing you to use your abilities more often.

Omen of Clarity is a talent in the third tier of the Druid Restoration tree. It causes all of your spells and auto-attacks to give a chance to grant you a Clearcasting buff, which reduces the mana, rage, or energy cost of your next damage or healing spell or offensive ability to zero. Despite what the tooltip says, virtually any spell cast can trigger the Clearcasting, including ones with no mana cost, though not all spells will benefit from it.

- Clearcasting tidak mengurangi "harga" energy/rage skill dari skill feral, ketika proc clearcasting lalu menggunakan skill feral, energy/rage tetap berkurang padahal seharusnya tidak
- mungkin hanya perasaan saya saja. tapi ketika menggunakan skill feral, ada kemungkinan proc clearcasting

Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Now a passive spell. Now also procs on damage and healing spells, yet no longer procs on feral abilities(only auto-attacks proc it). Proc rate is roughly 6% with a 10 second internal cooldown
