SCOUT OWL
DESCRIPTION:
Sends an owl to scout a straight path from its summoner.
> Price : 130 (gets 2 owls/charges)
> Mana cost : 5
> Cooldown after using: 5 secs
> Shop cooldown : 6 secs
OWL ATTRIBUTES:
> Temporary flying summon, uncontrolable, invulnerable, visible, doesn't have True Sight.
> 400 movespeed, 600 AOE sight range along the path (day and night).
HOW IT WORKS:
The caster clicks on ground to specify which path the owl should scout. So it works like Spectre's dagger or Mirana's arrow. I can't give the exact number how far should the owl scout before it disappear. But instead look at this picture:

> The coloured lines describes path options and how far the owl's travel distance should be.
> The owl can fly through trees and cliffs, like any other non-hero flying unit.
> The owl can be stopped from its path if you command it to. If you do, the owl wont be moving from its current location until its duration expires. Stopped owl cannot be moved again.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:
So its basicly an early game scouting item other than observer ward.
With owls you can freely use it whenever you are feeling unsafe from ganks, when the other lane is missing.
You can scout runes too, just look at the game time if it was on even minute,
or use it to scout neutral creeps
