And simply because of that, we are currently looking for a creative game designer to work together with us!
Job Description
• Work with Designers and Developers to create browser mini games & new features/upgrades
• Pitch new game/feature/event ideas to the team/ hold brainstorming sessions
• Write copy, names, and narrative elements of game
• Analyze real-time feedback and metrics, and adjust game designs accordingly
• Ability to describe user experience stories
Job Requirements
• Experience or knowledge of social, video, traditional, or card game design
• Proficient with Excel/spreadsheets, scripting, story-telling
• Minimum of 1-2 year experience as Game Designer
• Experience or knowledge of game balancing and pacing based on metrics
• Passionate gamer
• Creative and willing to learn
• Able to work as a team
• High sense of urgency (deadline & goal oriented)
• Good spoken/written English and Game Programming a PLUS
