Job Description:
1. Test and document bugs
2. Draft and outline possible gameenhancements and features
3. Address and resolve customer/playerissues
4. Develop and maintain customer/playerrelations
5. Investigate and document complexissues with regard to bugs, game exploits, trade and other potential issues
6. Document and communicategame/technical/investigation issues to technical staff
7. Organize and run events for the communityof players
8. Provide input on content drivenevents, updates, and future enhancements
9. Monitor game servers to ensurestability and fair game play

Qualifications:
1. Experience with Massive MultiplayerOnline Games is preferred
2. Communicational English
3. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills (Indonesian language)
4. Minimum: Senior High School (SMA)
5. Quick understanding of a new gameplay
6. Self-directed, detail oriented,problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to a uniquely creativeenvironment
7. Familiar to Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Able to work in team and as individual
9. Trustworthy
