PROSEDUR PENGIRIMAN :


1). VIA JNE

a). Untuk mengetahui besaran jumlah (harga) dan status pengiriman, bisa dilihat secara online di www.jne.co.id (asal pengiriman dari JAKARTA)

b). Jam Operasional JNE pukul 10.00 wib s/d 18.00 wib, jadi bagi para Pemesan yang melakukan Order masuk sblm jam 4 sore, Barang akan dikirim hari itu juga.

c).Order yang masuk diatas jam 4 lebih maka akan dikirimkan pada Hari berikutnya, sesuai dengan Hari dan Jam operasional kami (karena toko tutup pada hari libur nasional dan tanggal merah).

d). Barang akan dikirim setelah seluruh pembayaran beserta ongkos kirimnya telah kami terima.

e). Setelah dikirim, Kami akan mengabarkan No. Bukti Pengiriman / No. Resi kepada Customer sekitar jam 17.00-18.00.

f). Proses pengiriman membutuhkan waktu antara 1 s/d 3 hari kerja, sampai barang diterima oleh pembeli.

g). Kerusakan dan Kehilangan sewaktu pengiriman sepenuhnya adalah diluar Tanggung jawab kami.


2). VIA PT. MEX BARLIAN DIRGANTARA

a). Untuk mengetahui besaran jumlah (harga) dan status pengiriman, pemesan bisa telephone terlebih dahulu di
021 - 6299 388 atau 021 - 6595 958, untuk lebih jelasnya.

b). Pengiriman melalui PT. MEX BARLIAN DIRGANTARA, yaitu beralamat di Jl. Pangeran Jayakarta Block 24/63 Jakarta Barat 10730.

c). Pemesan yang melakukan Order masuk sblm jam 4 sore, Barang akan dikirim hari itu juga.

d).Order yang masuk diatas jam 4 lebih maka akan dikirimkan pada Hari berikutnya, sesuai dengan Hari dan Jam operasional kami (karena toko tutup pada hari libur nasional dan tanggal merah).

e). Barang akan dikirim setelah seluruh pembayaran beserta ongkos kirimnya telah kami terima.

f). Setelah dikirim, Kami akan mengabarkan No. Bukti Pengiriman / No. Resi kepada Customer sekitar jam 17.00-18.00.

g). Kerusakan dan Kehilangan sewaktu pengiriman sepenuhnya adalah diluar Tanggung jawab kami.


3). VIA KURIR

a). Hanya untuk wilayah DKI Jakarta.

b). Untuk Pengiriman Menggunakan Jasa Kurir, Kami hanya menerima wilayah DKI. Jakarta dan terlebih dahulu dinegosiasikan Lokasi dan waktu untuk pengiriman yang ditentukan min. 3 jam sebelumnya.

c). Besaran Ongkir untuk pengiriman Jasa Kurir untuk wilayah DKI. Jakarta, Berkisar antara Rp. 10.000 s/d Rp. 50.000 untuk sekali jalan / transaksi.


4). Cash On Delivery ( COD )

a). Kami hanya menerima COD untuk wilayah DKI Jakarta.

b). Terlebih dahulu dinegosiasikan dan disepakati secara Bersama, serta Lokasi dan waktu yang AKURAT, yang ditentukan min. 3 jam sebelumnya.

c). Setelah disepakati Lokasi dan waktu yang telah ditentukan, dan dengan menimbang keseriusan Calon Pembeli, Maka Calon Pembeli diminta terlebih dahulu membayar DP. Min. 10% dari jumlah Transaksi beserta Ongkir-nya ke Rek. BCA ataupun Rek. Mandiri yang tertera di atas.

d). Besarnya jumlah Ongkir yang ditanggung Pembeli untuk Transaksi COD berkisar antara Rp. 20.000 s/d Rp. 50.000 untuk sekali jalan / transaksi.

e). Pembatalan Pemesanan sesudah DP, ataupun pembatalan secara sepihak dengan alasan apapun oleh Pemesan atau Calon Pembeli, maka uang DP. akan ditiadakan (hangus).
